Indoor Board
Starting at 775 + hst
Our loved bank barn was once a bustling standardbred racing facility, which later transformed into a hunter and jumper school barn. As time went on the customization of each disciplines needs are still in working order today. Each stall is equipped with running water, individual lights, and race tack boxes for convenience and extra storage.
Indoor board provides:
Bright and well ventilated 10x12 matted stall
Ample low dust bedding
24/7 quality hay served on the floor or in a net
Stall picked daily
Two water buckets (scrubbed daily)
Feed pan (scrubbed daily)
Grain twice per day
Salt is provided however any supplements must be supplied by owner
Turn out gear is to be supplied by owner but horse/pony will be dressed accordingly at no extra charge
Paddock scraped regularly
24/7 access to clean water trough outside year round
24/7 access to round bale year round
Night check hay
Basic and minor first aid care
Holding for vet, farrier, etc.
Owner will be notified should horses need to stay inside due to inclement weather and/or safety concerns
Additional hay loft storage
Outdoor Board
Starting at 450 + hst
We understand the importance of comfort to your horse, especially living through Canadian weather. We ensure each horse has adequate blankets for warmth in the winter, and we are happy to set up a temporary cooling sprinkler in the summer.
Basic outdoor board provides:
450 + hst
Access to 1 of 2 Extra large shelters
Small herd of new friends
Water trough scrubbed regularly
Round bale year round
Paddock scraped regularly
Basic and minor first aid care
Access to all amenities on the property
Additional hay loft storage
Holding for vet, farrier, etc.
Premium outdoor board provides:
500 + hst
Access to 1 of 2 Extra large shelters
Small herd of new friends
Water trough scrubbed regularly
Round bale provided year round
Paddock scraped regularly
Breakfast grain (dinner can be provided for an additional fee)
Salt is provided however any supplements to be supplied by owner
Basic and minor first aid care
Access to all amenities on the property
Additional hay loft storage
Holding for vet, farrier, etc.
