Let Us Know How We Can Help You

What do I need to know before I move?

A negative Strangles and Coggins test must be provided by your veterinarian before you load up the car. Rabies and a 4 way (at minimum) is required. The 4-way vaccine includes:
Tetanus, West Nile, Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), and Western Equine Encephalitis (WEE)
We do strongly encourage a 6 way vaccine be adminitered which includes the above four plus Potomac (Horse Fever) & Rhino(pneumonitis) vaccines.

Can I park my trailer?

Absolutely! We offer ample parking for smaller (less than 6 horse) for an additional $30/month.

Can I bring my dog?

We are dog friendly and you will likely be met by our own pack when you arrive. Please ensure that your dog is friendly around other dogs, horses, and children. Your dog is welcome to be off-leash if you are able to recall and control them from a distance. It is imperative for everyone's safety that your dog meets these standards. If your dog cannot do the above we do ask that they are left safely at home.

Can I bring my own service professionals?

Portside Equestrian does not provide any coaching or training at this time. Any off site coaches must be OE certified and able to provide proof of insurance.
Any veterinarians, farriers, or equine body workers are welcome to continue their service with you at your expense.

Where do I sign?

A copy of our boarding contract will be emailed to you once you have completed a tour with us. We ask that this form is completed and submitted before you arrive.
All riders must have a Release Form signed and submitted before participating in any equine activities.
