Property Features
Equi-Ciser
State of the art mechanical hot walker features a European Style center pole allowing horses to safely walk untied from the walker arms. The easy to use control panel includes key features such as; range of speed settings, use timer, direction change, load pause, and emergency stop.

All horses must be under owner supervision while using the hot walker.
Hacking & Trails
We take pride in our property and we think you should too. We provide acres of well-maintained trail access year round for those who appreciate all of the serenity a perfect hack has to offer.

Riding Space
Portside Equestrian houses three fully fenced arenas including a grass ring, outdoor sand ring, and indoor sand ring. As of Spring 2022 both sand rings feature new footing that are regularly groomed, and permanent dressage letter marks. There is a selection of poles, standards, barrels, cavaletis and rail razers offered for use at your discretion.
For the summer season an adjustable jump course is left up in the outdoor sand ring.
Paddock Importance
We work closely with each client to find them the most suitable herd. From retiree's to young horses at play there is no doubt that your horse will find themselves a new BFF to share the round bale with. Each paddock comes equipped with 24/7 clean (and heated) water trough and 24/7 access to hay in every season. Paddocks are scraped regularly to keep all of our horses happy and healthy.
Individual turn-out is not available at this time.
Tack room
We know the value of your favourite hoof pick. Portside Equestrian features a finger print ID locked and heated tack room, so feel free to bring your own locker or use one of our wall mounted tack spaces. We also offer additional storage in the hay loft for all of your overstock.
Lounge
We’re proud to offer our clients a clean and tidy lounge area. Equipped with a pull-out couch, WI-FI, TV, Nintendo, water cooler, fridge, Keurig and microwave. The lounge has a large window for a cool breeze in the summer, and a baseboard heating unit for winter comfort.
On site laundry and washroom
Leave the laundry to us! We ensure all of our horses are kept neat and tidy year round.
The washroom also provides hot and cold water, topped with a baseboard heating unit.

Toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent are provided in a round robin style.
Hot & Cold water wash stall
Our wash stall ensures year-round comfort for all cleaning and bathing needs offering both hot and cold water. With an equi-groomer hose attachment we are sure to make bathing a breeze.

Please ensure your own shampoo and conditioner are provided.
